Groups may make their own arrangement for catering service, however, the Zion Park District must receive a copy of the caterer's Lake County Health Department Food Service Permit, proof of insurance with the Zion Park District listed as additionally insured, and the caterer needs to agree to the rules and regulations set forth by the facility. (For your convenience, the Zion Park District offers a select menu for your outing needs and can coordinate your banquet.)

All beverages must be purchased from the clubhouse or beverage cart, according to golf course policies.

Shotgun Outing representative must provide the Tournament Director with the names and starting times by foursomes at least five (5) days in advance of the outing date to secure cart signage.

Outing golfers must follow all course rules including those pertaining to what the Zion Park District considers appropriate golf attire, cart conduct, and course rules. Any violations of these or any other golf course rules will mean removal of such individual or individuals from the golf course. (Please be aware that appropriate golf attire varies between golf courses.)

Final counts for number of golfers are due 15 days prior to the event date.

Event starting time means the time that gofers will be at their respective hole positions to begin their round. Golfer check-in needs to be completed 30 minutes prior to tee time.

Inclement weather may cause for cancellation of golf events. In the case of golf event cancellation, the event may be rescheduled with the Tournament Director.

Parties canceling their event within 15 days of the event may be liable for the entire event cost.
